The Group was created in 2000 with a registered capital amounting to RMB 50 million and employees numbering over 1000. It is a trans-regional, trans-ownership and trans-trade comprehensive development organization targeting mainly on economic and technological coordination of pipelines and electro-machinery industry also integrating into one R&F, production, operation, servicing, technology and management. Its main business scope: pipelines, toilet wares, water pumps, valves, electric appliances, real estate, financial investment as well as other areas.     The Rifeng New and High-Tech Enterprise Co., LTD is a wholly fun deed company of the said Group, being a domestic manufacturer of large and specialized pipelines, water pumps and valves. The enterprise has acquired from abroad most advanced technique presently, developing and manufacturing modern green environmental protection products aluminum plastic compound pipes, PP-R pipes, aluminum plastic PP-R pipes, PE-X geothermal pipes, UPVC draining pipes and fittings along with a variety of water pumps, valves and toilet wares.
